Sala Property appointed by Frasers Property Australia at SkyRidge

Frasers Property Australia has appointed Sala Property as exclusive sales agency for Stages 13, 14 and 42 at SkyRidge, Worongary, with a combined gross sales value above $175 million.

The appointment took effect on settlement of Frasers' acquisition of SkyRidge on 15 June 2026.

Sala leads project marketing and on-site sales for the appointed stages from the SkyRidge Sales and Experience Centre at Village Promenade, Worongary. Registered buyers and agents receive lot plans, pricing and release information ahead of each stage launch.
