Sala Property has been appointed by Frasers Property Australia as the exclusive Sales Agency for Stages 13, 14 and 42 at SkyRidge — 203 lots with a gross sales value in excess of $175 million.
The appointment takes effect immediately on settlement of Frasers' acquisition of SkyRidge on 15 June 2026.
Sala will lead end-to-end project marketing and on-site sales for the appointed stages. Buyers, agents and registered VIPs can expect new release information, the lot map, and pricing in the lead-up to Stage 13's launch in Q3 2026.
