Sala Property has been appointed principal sales agent for Sanctuary Rise, a 155-lot estate at Bonogin on the southern Gold Coast, with the first release scheduled for mid 2027.
Sanctuary Rise is developed by GDM Property and Douglas Development Corporation in the Bonogin hinterland. Lots range from 450 sqm to 4,000 sqm and are planned for detached family homes.
Stage 1a, comprising 43 lots, is scheduled for release in mid 2027 subject to approvals. Registrations of interest are open now.
