Sala Property appointed to Yarrowlea, a 369-lot estate at Rosewood
HBK Property has appointed Sala Property as exclusive sales agency for Yarrowlea, a 369-lot masterplanned estate at Rosewood with a projected gross revenue of $150 million.
Yarrowlea is located in the western growth corridor of the City of Ipswich and is currently in the development approval process.
The first stage is expected to launch in the fourth quarter of 2027. Registrations of interest are open now.
